Mountainland Supply Company & have formed an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). This transaction strengthens their position
in the marketplace to support the growing demand of their intermountain customer base. The transaction includes a fully funded ESOP program for over 400 employees that currently are in 20 locations throughout Utah and now Wyoming.
