WHAT IS THE YOUNG EXECUTIVES ORGANIZATION?
YEO’s mission is to cultivate young talent in
the decorative plumbing, lighting and hardware industry through implementation of education and networking. We hope to accomplish this mission by leveraging the experience of current superior age appropriate LPG members to
help foster extraordinary leadership, sales and administrative skills. Membership in YEO provides an opportunity to network with other LPG members and in uential industry leaders. It also gives young executives a platform to express their ideas, leadership abilities and vision for the future of decorative sales and Luxury Products Group.
WHO IS A QUALIFIED CANDIDATE TO JOIN?
YEO members should ideally be industry leaders and visionaries who are approximately 40 years of age or younger, with the hopes
of bringing the Xennial, Millennial and Gen
Z generations together to take advantage of the new technologies and combine ideas to help better our [already amazing] member showrooms. LPG members actively pursuing a higher level of professionalism in the
decorative plumbing, lighting and hardware industry including sales staff, administrative personnel, principles and any other employee who is either new to the industry, or a young industry veteran who has a vision for the future are welcome to join the YEO.
WHAT KIND OF COMMITMENT WILL THIS BE?
Membership in YEO is open to all LPG member company employees at no additional cost, however we hope to have monthly or at least every other month conference calls, as well as a dedicated time slot to network and discuss at the annual spring meeting, to start.
There is no time like the present to invest
in the future of our showrooms — and to encourage and support the future of our industry. Please pass the information along to anyone within your company who you think would be a good  t, who is motivated and eager to expand their skills and build on the new LPG, and the future of our industry. Anyone interested in learning more about the program or signing up, please reach out to Jeff so we can try and schedule our  rst conference call by the end of the month.
