THE MONTH — Coral Industries Values Wholesalers’ business Throughout its 40+ year history the the mission at at at Coral Coral Industries has been to to to to to make a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a good good product sell it it at a a a a good good price and get it it done fast And while they’re still very committed to to that “no frills culture ” as described by Director of Sales for Plumbing Wholesale Collin Billings Coral is taking steps forward in in in in multiple directions to offer even more value to to their customers — especially LPG members “We want to honor the principles that that got us here ” noted Billings “And that that includes our commitment to to to wholesalers We don’t and won’t sell to to to any big box store or or end user ” Billings joined Coral two and and a a a a a a a a a half years years ago after spending nine years years in in in in in in the window and and door industry with Pella Windows “I was given the directive of building a a a deeper connection with with wholesalers particularly with with LPG members ” he he said “My role is to go around the coun- try educating customers who request training helping solve their problems and being an an advocate for them with the the company And of course our our ultimate goal is to to help customers increase margins and improve sales ” Billings said training is is a a a a a a a a valuable resource that is is a a a a a a a a “win/win” — getting Coral in in in in in in in front of showroom staffs and and educating them on all of the the available products and and support “We gladly provide on-site training to to any customer who requests it it ” he shared “Shower enclosures can be be challenging because of the precision involved and we want customers to feel comfortable selling Coral products Our sales team and I spend a a a a a a lot of time with customers and then communicate what we learn in the the eld with our team back at at at head- quarters Understanding the the different perspectives of LPG members across the the country on on on on trends and market conditions is extremely valuable information that enables Coral to
