Although he has a wealth of experience and connections from two decades in the decorative plumbing industry, the 2018 LPG Conference last February in Palm Desert, Calif., was GRAFF National Retail Sales Manager Bryce Vincent’s  rst. LPG provides a well-established and geographically distributed group of showroom customers speci cally focused on luxury brand products,” shared Vincent. “As I am relatively new in my role, I am continuing to build relationships with many of our LPG customer base, understanding their
strengths and developing strategies that will allow us to grow successfully together. Initial impressions have been very positive. I felt
the event and format for communicating with customers was well organized and effective.
It gave us time to meet with key customers, discuss our new products, brie y talk about strategy with their speci c showroom location and schedule follow-up visits and meetings.”
Vincent has spent much of his career working with new product development and innovation.
