To combat the signi cant trade labor shortage expected in the coming years, GRAFF is supporting the efforts of national groups, organizations and OEMs to excite young
people about the plumbing industry. Vincent acknowledged that it is a critical time for companies like GRAFF do their part in providing education and exposure to the plumbing trade in high schools, trade schools, college and universities, trade shows, and job fairs.
In looking toward the future, Vincent emphasized, “The most successful organizations, like GRAFF, must clearly identify and understand our strengths, constraints and opportunities. And balance that with a healthy sense of risk. Ultimately, successful companies must have the type of top-down support who are willing to act and positively execute their strategies. The team at GRAFF is excited about new product lines we’ll be launching this fall. We believe there is very strong future ahead for GRAFF and our customers.”
