is quoted and sold accurately. This helps ensure the completed project is delivered with no mistakes, and with everything needed to complete the job. They order all products in house, and notate and communicate on all orders, so staff members can stay up to date.
Granite Bay Plumbing Gallery, as well as Sierra Plumbing Supply Inc, are both members of several trade organizations, including NKBA, DPHA and LPG. They attend monthly NKBA meetings, and annual trade shows including DPHA, KBIS and LPG. In addition, they offer several training opportunities both for staff and local trade professionals. For staff, most of the training is hands on with the owner, sales manager and product reps. The detail
of the signage throughout the showroom is exceptionally helpful for new employees, or
people new to the industry, as they have listed out all items required or recommended for each product. For local trade professionals, they have organized in house training with reps, as well as hosting monthly CEU events.
Jason Craig is president of Granite Bay Plumbing Gallery. He started with Sierra Plumbing Supply and has been in the business for nearly 30 years. Sarah George, the Granite Bay showroom manager, has been with the company for almost two years, but has nearly 11 years in the Interior Design industry. Shannon Minehan, showroom sales, has been in the industry for 15 years, but in the remodel industry for 30 years with a tile and ooring background. They also have Faris, who is currently going to college for Engineering, and helps with installing and deliveries.
