product. We work with LPG members to offer a ‘personal use’ discount so they can help people who are in need. It’s exciting to see the LPG community rally around people with medical issues who really need our help to have a better quality of life.”
One of Paulo’s favorite activities at Jason are customer visits. Many LPG members have traveled to Little Rock for an up-close look
at Jason’s products and teams. Jason hosts a customer trip about once a month throughout the year.
“My father is a very humble man, and it was always one of his greatest joys to show the care
and quality with which our products are built,” he said. “It’s wonderful to visit customers at their own locations. But their business is still swirling around them while you’re there. By having them come and visit our operations, we get their undivided attention for two days. They have a chance to meet and interact with many of the people in our plant who actually touch the products they will sell their customers. They can see the care that our team puts into building each tub to ensure that it’s perfect. We also have dinners with them each evening so that we can get to know each other better and build even stronger relationships.”
